The purpose of this entry plan is to establish a smooth transition to my role as the new superintendent of Rockingham County Public Schools.

I am committed to gaining a deeper understanding of RCPS by engaging all stakeholders and assessing the strengths and areas of growth for our school system. This will allow me to determine our immediate, and long-range, goals.
